Specialising in the refurbishment and redevelopment of existing office, warehouse and other commercial buildings, we re-model space, upgrade or install electrical systems, lighting, CCTV and telecommunications infrastructure, provision heating and plumbing systems including toilet facilities, install air-conditioning solutions and upgrade glazing requirements. We also handle access control and external security fittings.

Contract examples

Between 2003 and 2007 TES were awarded, via Medlock Projects Ltd, the installation contract to install new power and data installations at circa 50 Crown and County Court buildings.

Works included new Comms rooms including air conditioning, flooring and newly formed rooms. The full refurbishment of court rooms, with specialist trunking and cable containment to match the existing furniture in listed court rooms. New lighting and power systems were installed to bring the buildings up to meet the new requirements. Contract value circa £3,000,000.00.

In 2009 TES were awarded two office and warehouse refurbishment projects which included new energy efficient lighting schemes, power systems, network data systems, toilet refurbishment, floor coverings, partitions and ceilings. Contract value circa £500,000.00.

In 2011 TES were awarded three new mezzanine floor fit outs at occupied offices and warehouses which included lighting, power, air conditioning cctv, access control and  toilet refurbishment.

Between 2012/14 TES were awarded office, training room & warehouse refurbishments at two Pharmaceutical companies.

Between 2012/2023 TES had been contracted by Belcom 247 to carry out various project works, incorporating power supplies & containment work at various Data Centres throughout the South East.

In 2018 TES were awarded new office fit out of an ex medical army barracks at satellite communications company which included lighting, power, air conditioning access control toilet refurbishment and data installations.

In 2021 TES were awarded a dilapidation project for an office and warehouse mezzanine strip out for a pharmaceutical company.

Since 2023 TES have been contracted by CBRE (GWS) to carry out various project and remedial works throughout the south east and London.

In 2025 TES were awarded a new lighting project for Abbott laboratories covering both warehouse and office suite enviroments. The scope of works included the deisgn and installation of modern energy-efficient lighting systems taiored to operational and commercial requirments.
